I'm currently rebuilding my photography web site. Therefore, the selection may be limited for a while. Please be patient.

• Payment: At this time I am not set up to do debit or credit sales. Therefore purchases are by cash or check.

• Shipping: Shipping within the USA and Canada is included and is in protective photo mailers. Shipping to other countries is on an additional cost basis. The potential purchaser can be notified of the additional cost by email.

• Insurance: Insurance is extra, again on a cost basis.

• Satisfaction: Thirty day money back guarantee. Simply return the print, undamaged, within 30 days of purchase, for a refund.

Color Prints:

Color prints are pigment Giclee prints on water-color paper. I use Epson UltraChrome K3 pigment based ink. This is considered archival.

Monochrome (B/W) Prints

These archival gelatin-silver monochrome photographic prints may be purchased directly from the photographer. Currently I'm selling off my stock of gelatin-silver (i.e. traditional hand processing in a 'wet' darkroom). These prints are more expensive due to the labor required and limited supply. When my stock is out, I'm out. I don't know when, or if, I will be making them available in the future. I will be gradually phasing over to the UltraChrome printing for my B/W photography. When these are available, they'll be at the same price as the color prints.

I individual hand processed my gelatin-silver monochrome photographs. This involves multiple steps to assure the optimum in quality. As a hand process, there may be subtle differences between individual prints of the same image. Each image is tonal balanced for artistic and expressive considerations. They are archivally processed on fiber based paper and selenium toned. (Some prints may have additional toning such as sepia for a more vintage appearance. Sepia has the additional advantage of bringing out deep shadow detail.) Prints are signed, dated, numbered, and dry mounted on acid free museum quality mounting board. All that's needed, if desired, is a window overmat and frame. This extra care is done to assure you that your archival gelatin silver print will last for generations. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Prices:

Giclee prints:

Color or B/W (as available) 8x10: $30 11x14 : $45 13 x 16.5: $60

These are signed and dated. They are printed on Epson Watercolor paper as a default and hence are matt finished. Printing on other paper, including glossy, may be available upon request. Prints are mailed either in flat mailers or rolled in a tube at my discretion.

Gelatin-silver prints: B/W as supplies last

8 x 10 (Apx.) mounted on 11x14 board: $60 US

11 x 14 (Apx.) mounted on 16 x 20 board: $90 US

Sizes:

By 'approximate' I mean that the paper used is of 8x10 or 11x14 format. The long dimension of the print will by almost 10 or 14 inches. It will probably be 1/4-1/2 inch shorter as the ends are trimmed off in the mounting. The short dimension may vary more. If, for instance, if the negative is of 2:3 proportions, such as 24x36 mm or 6x9 cm format, and is not significantly cropped, then the image may be something like 6.5 x 9.5 inches. Some prints may be of other formats. The proportions will be essentially as depicted on the web site.

Toning:

All gelatin silver monochrome prints are first selenium toned for archival stability. You have the option of additional deep selenium toning or sepia toning if you prefer that color.

Ordering:

Please send your remittance to the address below. I encourage you to email your intent first so that I can answer any questions and tell you whether the print is available in stock or needs to be made fresh, which will entail some delay.
